About the products
Sizes, materials, certification and garment care.
We carry XS to XL. Every product page includes a detailed measurement guide; if in doubt, write to us and we’ll advise you, no obligation.
GRS-certified fabric: 50% recycled PET and 50% regenerated cotton, with no added dyes, pesticides or chemicals.
The Global Recycled Standard validates the recycled origin of the materials and their traceability across the production chain.
Yes. Every piece is embroidered by hand by Otomí artisans, recognised as co-authors of each garment.

About orders
Delivery times, tracking, countries and shipping costs.
Within Mexico, 3 to 7 business days. To the United States, 7 to 14 business days once the order is processed.
Mexico $150 MXN · USA $15 USD. Delivery in 3 to 5 business days once the order is processed.
We ship to Mexico and the United States.
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order.
Write to us as soon as possible and, if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address.

About payments
Accepted methods, transaction security and invoicing.
We accept secure payments with PayPal and by card through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Yes. Payments are processed securely with PayPal and Stripe; we never store your card details.
Instalment options depend on your bank and on the promotions available when you pay by card.
Yes. Write to us with your order details to request your invoice.
We show prices in MXN and USD; the charge appears in the currency of your payment method.

About the brand
Otomí embroidery, certification and the hands behind it.
An ancestral technique of the Hñähñu (Otomí) people that depicts the flora and fauna of the land; every figure tells a story.
More than twenty families of Otomí artisans, recognised as co-authors: clear agreements, fair pay and no haggling.
Short runs, artisans with a name and fair pay, GRS-certified fabric and timeless designs that outlast the seasons.
In Otomí, the expression links “eyes” (da) and “black” (mb’ot’i): Ojitos Negros, an invitation to return to your origin and carry it with pride.
Our philosophy: when a piece is the result of several hands, the recognition and the value are shared too.
05 · RETURNS
Returns and exchanges
Deadlines, conditions and refunds for exchanges and returns.
Yes. We accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of delivery, with the garment unworn and with its tags.
Write to us within the 15-day window and we’ll explain the process for your case.
Once we receive and inspect the garment, we process your refund to the original payment method.
Write to us with photos of the garment and we’ll sort it out with you as soon as possible.
